Lose the Assholes!

I’ve been waffling for over a week now about whether to post a title like this, but my heart has won over my skepticism and so here it is. Jim Nieters wrote a work management article for UX Matters two weeks ago about artists versus assholes and what to do with the latter. It’s the best article I’ve read all year, probably longer.
