HijabMan
HijabMan (by moniker) is a well-traveled and learned young man on a mission to becoming a Muslim Chaplain. No doubt HijabMan’s positivity, good nature, and knowledge of the Qur’an will see him succeed, and no doubt his new Web site will help him along too.
Project Details
The HijabMan site is multifaceted, but clear in purpose. The project included:
- Hosting support and setup.
- Analysis and reorganization of HijabMan’s underlying content, and the development of a Textpattern CMS architecture based on the improved organization.
- A simple shopping cart solution that enabled HijabMan to sell his goods.
- An integration of his Flickr photograph sets. (Check out his Syria series. Cool stuff.)
- Improved comment handling and a secure mail form.
- Green aesthetics (the color of Islam).
- Custom documentation for publishing and site maintenance.
